The production methods of the fishing
industry is being discussed intensly these days, and with good
reason. Overfishing, trawl, miscalculated fishing quotas and greed
is destroying the natural environment that both humans and animals
are dependent on. Here at Krogs we are fighting for pushing the
fishing industry in a more sustainable direction, so that future
generations also can enjoy the fruits of the sea.Therefore we make
our contribution to a healthier sea environment by serving this
special menu on weekdays. All fish and shellsfish in this menu is
danish sustainable farmed fish.

Krogs offers catering and event management. We can deliver food
to weddings, birthdays, receptions etc., where we can provide food,
wine, staff, planning and coordination of the event. We are
experienced in providing catering to both small and large events
and can create a gastronomic solution that suits your needs.

Krogs cooking school
At Krogs cooking school we reveal how the gourmet food is
created in Krogs kitchen. We can come to a location of your choice,
or help rent a suitable location in town. The cooking school starts
at least two hours before dining, and the latest at 18.00. We start
by introducing the programme for the night and presenting the raw
food to be prepared. Then there is the preparation of the food in
small groups, which will take app. one and a half hour. Then the
dinner starts, which will take app. three hours. We can create the
theme and concept for the cooking school according to your
preferences. Drinks during the preparation is not included.
