Open sandwich (Smørrebrød) is the classic Danish contribution to
the global cuisine. At the new Krogs we have updated the
concept of open sandwich with due respect for its traditional
qualities. Our open sandwiches and breads are homemade and
obviously focused on fish.
Lunch is served between 12 and 15.

Menu
The production methods of the
fishing industry is being discussed intensly these days, and with
good reason. Overfishing, trawl, miscalculated fishing quotas and
greed is destroying the natural environment that both humans and
animals are depending on. Here at Krogs we are fighting for pushing
the fishing industry in a more sustainable direction, so that
future generations also can enjoy the fruits of the sea. Therefore
we make our contribution to a healthier sea environment by serving
a sustainable lunch menu. All fish and shellfish in this menu is
danish sustainable farmed fish.
