Our wine cellar list predominantly features rare and prestigious wines, including Grand Cru and Premier Cru from Burgundy.

Our wines are stored at a constant temperature of 14°C, ideal for long-term cellaring and optimal ageing.
Therefore, when possible, please inform us of your selection in advance so we can bring your bottle to the appropriate serving temperature before your visit.
